Classic Feng Shui Mastery

Who will be the next President of Singapore?

Who will be the next President of Singapore?

The entire knowledge of Feng Shui can be divided into two components, Yin and Yang Feng Shui. Yin Feng Shui refers to the study of gravesites and burial grounds; whereas Yang Feng Shui refers to the study of residences and commercial dwellings of living people.

For this article, we will focus on Yin Feng Shui; how it impacts the living and how the grave of the buried person will have an influence on their direct descendants.

We shall now look at one of the four candidates for the upcoming 2011 Presidential Election in Singapore, Dr Tony Tan.

Mrs Tan Cheng Siong (nee Mdm Lee Guay Eng), mother of Tan Chin Tuan as well as grandmother of Dr Tony Tan Keng Yam, passed away in the Year 1965. She is buried in Bukit Brown Cemetery. Her tomb measurements are Parent Hex of 4 / 1 on 6yao. This is particularly good for people who are holding respectable positions and will thus be able to gain support from people.

However, not all of her descendants will benefit. Now the question is, who will? Since Mrs Tan Cheng Siong was buried in 1965, her descendants that will benefit from the good Feng Shui will be those born in the year 1966, 1970, 1976, 1980, 1986, 1990 and 1996. Those born before the burial, in year 1960, 1956, 1950 and 1940 etc, will also benefit.

What about Dr Tony Tan? He was born on 7 February 1940, so 庚辰 (1940) would be his year of birth. Any relations to the tomb, I would say yes. The Year 1940 is the Year of the heavenly stem of 庚. Given the Parent Hex of 4/1 on 6 yao, it will have a significant impact on Dr Tony Tan. He will thus be able to gain support from people and the Government. Furthermore, this will be a good timing for him to have a chance to be voted President.

How is this a good timing for Dr Tony Tan? When looking at the Parent Hex of 4/1 on 6 yao, we are also doing a calculation on the timing of the related descendants to the grave. We must note that being born in the given “benefical years” will not warranty a person exceptional benefits throughout his entire life. There will only be certain years in which he or she will experience exceptional progress and success.

For Dr Tony Tan, these years are: Year – 1970(庚戌), 1980(庚申), 1990(庚午),2000(庚辰), 2010(庚寅). Note that these are the years major events in his life would have occurred.

We shall now look at the career of Dr Tony Tan, information extracted from Wikipedia, to tally with this Feng Shui theory.

1969- Tony Tan left the NUS as a lecturer to begin a career in banking with Overseas-Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC), where he rose to become General Manager.
Tony Tan left the bank to pursue a career in politics.

Cabinet member

1979- Tony Tan was appointed as a Senior Minister of State in the Ministry of Education
1980- Tony Tan joined the Cabinet, serving as Minister for Education (MOE, 1980–81 & 1985–91), Minister for Trade & Industry (1981–86), Minister for Finance (1983–85), and Minister for Health (1985–86).
1991- Tony Tan stepped down from the Cabinet to return to the private sector, and rejoined the Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC) as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 1992–95, while retaining his seat in Parliament as a representative for the Sembawang Group Representation Constituency.

To further illustrate my point, Dr Tony Tan is running for Presidency this year, the Year 2011, which is after 庚寅 (2010).

For now, we only have the related information on Dr Tony Tan, thus we are unable to do a study on the other three candidates who are also running for Presidency.
