Imparting the secret of Seven Stars Robbery (七星打劫秘法) in XKDG date selection to students.
During the complete Full Day Practical of Xuan Kong Flying Stars Feng Shui, the students were anxious and looking forward to what they might gain from the practical lessons. Before setting out, they were briefed on some of the housing formations commonly found in Singapore, especially HDBs, which are the homes of 85% of Singapore’s population. And of course, not forgetting the formations of Condominiums and Terrace houses. A correct and effective system of taking house directions and the proper ways to identify the house Qi were also imparted to them. The varies landforms and formations of the houses they might encounter in the City of Singapore were also explained to them.
With kind permission from one of the clients, the students were brought to her house for the first practical lesson. It was also the day for the Master to conduct an after feng shui audit for that particular house. The house owner is in a restaurant business. But however, since they moved into this house in the Year 2008, their business started to decline. The students were then asked to apply their knowledge on the formula of San Yuan Feng Shui on the house. Amazingly, they immediately noted that the previous door and the bedroom were not in favor of the occupants. Fortunately, the house owner had already heeded the advise of Master Dennis Lai and have relocated her house door and had gone through the rest of the rectification on her house, 10 days before the practical lesson. The house owner was glad that her business soon flourished. Students also took note of the rectification on the house fengshui and related it to what they have been taught.
The stove location is important as it determines the health and wealth for the occupants. Ever since they moved in the house, the owner’s son has been complaining of upper respiratory problems. However, now that the stove has been relocated to her wealth location, she no longer had problems regarding her son’s health. On top of that, this has also amazingly helped her to gather her desired wealth luck.
What about the room’s Balcony door? Does it have a tremendous influence on the occupants room Qi? If it is a bad Qi what do we suggest? Can you see the remedy from the picture?

The second house we visited was an empty house with an exceptionally good feng shui layout. The students were given a chance to verify and to test their feng shui skills on this site project. They of course were asked to use what they have learn and applying, to the best of their capabilities, all the san yuan feng shui information. The outcome was that all the students wanted to purchase the house after knowing its good properties! Unfortunately, it was already sold.
The last stop was a visit to Kong Meng San Pho Kark See Monastery where the late Venerable Hong Choon did his Geomancy layout of the Monastery. It provided valuable learning experiences for the students and they of course, have to count the “Yang Steps”.
